Initial Booking: You will receive an initial booking confirmation email from my scheduling software, Acuity.
Two weeks in advance: You will receive an automatic appointment reminder email 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment date.
24 hours in advance: You will receive an automatic appointment reminder
2 hours in advance: You will receive an automatic text reminder.
