RESCHEDULING POLICY
Pre-Drawn Work
Pre-drawn appointments cannot be rescheduled. If you choose to cancel or move your appointment, the current retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to rebook.
Custom Work

All reschedule requests must be made directly through email or text message. The self-reschedule option in your appointment confirmation is disabled, and unauthorized appointments booked without my approval will not be honored.One Complimentary Reschedule
Custom work retainers include one reschedule when requested at least four weeks before the appointment date. Once I receive your request, I will send you a link to my booking calendar so you may choose a new available date or if no dates are available within my booking window you will be added to my waitlist.Less Than Four Weeks Notice

For requests made within one week of the appointment date, I reserve the right to decline rebooking entirely. If rebooking is offered, a new $400 retainer will be required.Same-Day Reschedules & No Shows
You must contact me before your scheduled appointment time or the appointment will be considered a no-show. Same-day reschedules may or may not be eligible for rebooking depending on the circumstances. If rebooking is offered, a new $400 retainer will be required.Clients who no-show without communication will generally not be offered another appointment. Exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances. If rebooking is offered, a new $400 retainer will be required.
Rescheduling Availability
Rescheduled appointments are booked only within currently available openings. I do not reserve dedicated spaces in my schedule for reschedules, and my calendar is often booked several months in advance. While I will always offer the soonest suitable availability I have, rescheduling may result in a significant wait for a new appointment date.
Rebooking Window
If you are offered the opportunity to reschedule, a new appointment date must be selected within one week unless otherwise discussed. Any required replacement retainer must also be submitted within one week of the original appointment date.
Rescheduled appointments cannot be booked beyond my current scheduling window. If no suitable appointments are available within that window, you will be added to my waitlist and contacted once scheduling reopens. Scheduling is typically released in six-month blocks.
Retainers remain valid for one year from the original payment date unless otherwise discussed. Repeated rescheduling or extended unavailability may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Please note that I cannot guarantee the same weekday, time slot, or scheduling priority when rebooking.
Response Time
While I may not always be able to reply immediately, any reschedule request submitted at least four weeks in advance will be honored.
